Can I return the parts if they are the wrong ones?

If we made an error, just call us and we will correct it free of any charge.

If you ordered the wrong part just call us for assistance in obtaining the correct one. Of course you can return the incorrect part.

If you simply changed your mind you may return the part in fourteen days for a refund. You only have to pay for the shipping charge. If parts are returned after 30 days, you will receive an in-store credit less 15% restocking fee.

Many of our parts are sold with a warranty. All salvage parts have a thirty day warranty. Some have a one year warranty. We will always advise you when you purchase a part that is warranted.

My local parts store ordered the wrong part. How do I know you will send me the correct one?

Your local parts store carries parts for hundreds of vehicles. We carry parts for postal jeeps only. Postal jeeps are our only business. We will talk with you about your jeep until we are sure we know exactly what you need. You will receive the correct part.

When will I receive my part?

We are located in North Alabama. Surrounding states will most often receive their order overnight. As your location becomes farther away, it takes a bit longer. California is five business days. Florida is two business days. New York is three business days. Illinois is two business days. Colorado is three business days. Call before noon and most days your order will be shipped the same day. Ask for delivery time and we will gladly advise you.

Need your part faster? Overnight, second day and third day deliveries are available for an additional charge. Simply give us your zip code and we can give you the exact cost.

How do I pay for my order?

We accept VISA, MasterCard and Discover. A business may order COD and pay with a company check. An individual may order COD and pay with a certified check or money order.

Please note that engines and transmissions must be paid for by certified check or money order.

How do I place an order?

Simply call 1-866-355-7278 and an owner will personally take your call, answer your questions and help you place your order.

If you are placed on hold please be patient. An owner will give you the same courteous attention that the person ahead of you is receiving.

If you are a regular customer and know what you want, simply send us a fax at 256-593-9778 or send an email to orders@postaljeep.net. We will send your order out the next morning and charge it to your credit card.

What is wrong with my brakes?

Click on your jeep model below and you will be taken to the brake section of the service manual for your model. After using the manual, you may wish to purchase one for yourself. Call 866-355-7278 to place an order.
